Refund and Returns and Exchange Policy
Our return policy allows returns for current stocks and only available after the recipient received the order within 1 working day.
as for preorder items like leather jackets or any item that a deposit has to be made in order to confirm the order ,those items and non returnable nor it is exchangeable, it is the client’s obligation to make sure that he is choosing the correct size in order to avoid such situation. and we provide all the dimensions for any product the you wish to order to help you choose the correct size
PREORDERS
If you wish to order an item that is not currently in stock, a deposit of 40% of the order value is required. This deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel the order after payment.
Delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order placement. This timeframe may be extended depending on international shipping companies and customs procedures.
If the order arrives in Egypt and delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, the customer has a 30-day grace period to collect the order and pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so within this period will be considered a refusal to accept the order, and the customer will be deemed to have forfeited both the deposit and the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an text to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if they are available in stock .
pre ordered items are not exchangeable
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
